From before, recovery, to 6 month post op
It takes a while before swelling resolves, truly... been 2 years post op now and I love my results
Before
Arghhhht the bulbous tip was killing me everytime I looked in the mirror. Seriously.
I liked my profile back then but the tip was def a problem for me. Also these pics are particularly bad, I took them with a flash in the dark on purpose to show the contours of my nose tip before surgery. Glad I got operated!

Bulbous Tip Correction with Dr.Schwarz
Had a rhinoplasty with Dr Schwarz almost 2 years ago. He is by far the best for rhinoplasty in Montreal, I know 2 other girls he did and they look amazing.
I had a small and pretty good nose to start with, so I had to come back to his office a second time after my first consultation upon which he refused to operate me. He first suggested a chin implant, but I knew exactly what I wanted and it was on my nose not on my chin. I got fillers on my chin, way easier than the implant he originally suggested.
The thing is, I had a bulbous nose tip, so he operated on the tip only, as I asked and did exactly what I explained to him during that second consultation.
He is very knowledgable, answered all my questions. His receptionist/ wife might seem a little bit cold at first but I believe she is simply a professional person, which is fine, I came here to get surgery not to make friends with the receptionist...
I love the final result, as of now (1.5 years later). My nose is a tiny bit asymetrical still, and my good profile still looks better than my original bad profile...
I might get another rhinoplasty some day to narrow the bone this time, and to straighten the tip (as I mentioned, it was never straight, it was way worse before the operation, however it's still not 100% straight and one side remains a bit more ''bulbous'' than the other).
Schwarz made me feel comfortable through the entire surgery, which was conducted under ''twilight state anesthesia''... I was awake through the procedure, and I felt completely safe. Yes I could see him working on my nose as they played classical music and nurses passed him the necessary tools...... But honestly not a traumatic experience at all, he held my hand before I was sedated and made me feel confident I could get through this. In fact, it was painless, and the recovery was super easy.
I'm glad I chose him to do my nose, no one can tell it's fake. It's tiny, and with a bit of contouring + highlighting I'm able to make it look very straight and perfect.
Maybe someday I will do a 2nd nose job, as for now I am enjoying the one Schwarz gave me.
