Uncomfortable in my skin - I feel ugly and unapproachable

Horrific Experience

Photo- what Dr Naficy advised where my expectations should be aka what I paid for vs what I got - 2 incredibly different representations.
I don’t recognize myself, I am uncomfortable in my skin, I feel ugly and unapproachable as opposed to the natural, subtle improvement I was told to expect.
Dr Naficy lied, took my money and didn’t deliver.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
Instead of reducing the bulbous tip as discussed, Dr Naficy increased the size of my nose in attempt to create the illusion of a reduced tip. I’ve never had a problem with breathing or the height of my bridge. You can imagine the horror I felt when I woke to THIS!!
On Google his Reviews pertaining to the front desk or consultations are acknowledged. Already existing patients who’ve been botched are treated poorly and given Zero solutions.
I would have respected him if he just said “your surgery is outside of my skill set”
