I Am Very Unhappy with my Results :(

I am currently three months post op. I asked for a slight slope…in the last pic you can see he photoshopped my original nose to show a slope. I currently have no slope whatsoever. On top of that, I have a piece of cartilage sticking out near the tip of my nose that looks horrible. I flew from the United States and spent $8000-10,000 USD total on flights, hotel, surgery, and food costs. I regret getting it done with this doctor. Although he is very kind, as was his assistant, I would’ve preferred if my results came out good and as promised. I have wanted a nose job since I was very young, and now I am even more insecure about my nose than I was before I got it. I now have to look into getting a revision here in the states since flights to Turkey are so expensive. Please do your research very carefully before choosing a doctor or you will end up like me and have to get another nose job.

I honestly don’t like my nose so far. I’m a little over 2 months post op. I know it still needs time to heal, but the shape from the side looks pretty similar to my before. I wanted more of a slope. It honestly still looks really big to me. There’s also either a piece of cartilage or scar tissue sticking out near the tip…I’ll probably have to get a revision later on which sucks. I spent nearly $10k on the surgery, plane tickets, and food and all. I honestly wish I did more research before I got it done.

The doctor was very kind and gave me exactly what I wanted! I had no bruising, and I’m having a relatively easy recovery. Irem (his assistant) was also amazing! She was there to help me throughout each step during the process. Since I flew in from the USA, I was a bit scared. However, she was able to make my experience less stressful and was super, super sweet!! Great team the two of them! I highly recommend going to Doctor Turgut Yuce, he changed my life!!
