The World’s Worst Rhinoplasty Dr. Hanna George Ghazi
It took me years to write this review mainly because my brain blocked out the butcher’s name and face.
In conclusion he ruined my life. Took away all my bridge, made my nose upturned. Didn’t even approve what he did. I just wanted my nose to be straightened and the tip to be smaller, but it didn’t matter what I wanted because once I was under anasthethia the butcher decided to do what he wanted.Very poorly done job. This man sucks at the only things he does. I wouldn’t be half mad if I had a scooped and upturned and it actually looked properly done. But this looks very badly done. On thé cast off he didn’t even show me how to tape, He ran away from me. No post surgery meetings nothing, didn’t even prescribe me any antibiotics. I was barely 20, young and vulnerable, trusted him when all he wanted was my money. I posted pictures. He took what could be an easy finesse job and mutilated me, honestly I can go on an on.His degree should be taken away.I tried to write reviews on his Facebook but it won’t post! So here I am...I also posted a picture of him so people are warned.If this post can save one person then I would be happy. For me I am left with not only physical scars but deep emotional ones.

Oh my gosh! You poor girl...I'm totally speechless...thank you for using your emotional strength to post and advise the crowd to stay away from this butcher.
This butcher looks similar with a surgeon I had in the past in Belgium. He also damaged my nose, and two years ago, I had a revision and now it's a little better , but not completely.
You should definitely take this butcher to court. It's so clear to see how bad he damaged your nose.
Can I ask how long ago you had the operation?
Keep faith, I'm sure you may find the appropriate surgeon to have your final revision.
I can’t take him to court there are no laws that protect me in Lebanon.
Thanks a lot it has been a weird emotional ride and if I can keep one person away than that’s good. It’s been almost 10 years since I had the surgery ..... completely destroyed didn’t have the energy Nor the money to seek a fix.

Oh that such a pity that the laws does not help in this matters ...
I had my revision 2 years ago, in Bruxelles. The operation went very well, with minor swelling and bruising. Unfortunately, my nose is not straight, and at the tip of my nose I can see and feel a tiny cartilage pushing on the skin. Luckily it's not that obvious, but if you look closely you can see it easily. Although, the surgeon I chose had an excellent reputation, this is why I felt comfortable to have the surgery with him. Now, I'm to afraid to have another surgery, so I will hold on for the time being.
At least I'm happy that he didn't damage more...
Your case It's really unbelievable. I can imagine how hard it must be for you.
I feel what you went through it’s very scary, honestly if you don’t notice it let it be... same with the bridge if it’s til tied a bit it’s not a big deal, most of the time you’re looking at your details.

I feel you and I know exactly how you feel and howuch you suffer emotionally since I had the same experience with a butcher in Turkey his name was Samet Al Hariri
When I read what you wrote about after the cast removal, this wss the same that happened to me the dr ran away to have vain conversations and he left me to his stupid nurses who were practicing.
I am now dying to have a rivision and I suffer of sever anxiety cases and deep depression, I even hate to go outside my home I feel so bad :(
I am so sorry dear stay strong I hope you find a good surgeon to understand your needs and fix what this butcher done.

Turkey and Iran seem to operate in the same mindset and technique... overly scooped and upturned. They don’t get that all three countries have naturally beautiful women but they destroy us.
I have been researching revision specialists it seems that things are doable.
For me at this point I don’t hide my face, because life doesn’t pause for anyone unfortunately it keeps going with you or without you.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. I do think you can fix this to have a beautiful nose if you go to the right revision specialist. You'd be shocked what a great surgeon can achieve. Don't lose that hope. It will all be behind you one day. And karma will get him. If you have breathing issues you may be able to get some of the surgery covered by insurance-- at least in the US. Good luck and don't lose faith!

My breathing is compromised but not enough for a covered surgery and even then grafts to fix the bridge and cosmetic enhances wouldn’t be done
