Asymmetric base, alar retraction & pinching of nose tip

I went to this PS after reading newspaper articles that claimed him as a world class surgeon, he was very kind and professional and I had a nose job done by him, the price was average for Colombia but the results were very disappointing, to me the nose looked too fake. According to the RS surgeons and several facial plastic surgeons I consulted later I was left with asymmetric pinching of the nose tip, an assymetric base, a brigde that is too low, asymmetric alar retraction and a hanging columella. Yet when I reconsulted Dr. Murillo he told me there was nothing wrong and the results were fine for him... I had revision rhinoplasty this year to correct Dr. Murillos botched nose job. The reconstructive facial surgeon told me that the previous work he found when he performed the revision rhinoplasty was just mediocre and incomplete since there was no tip work and there were threads and sutures he couldnt understand, meaning Dr. Murillo only removed my dorsal hump and didnt trim the cartilages or did anything else even though my nose was very big and wide, so the revision surgeon had to fix it.
He might be a good body surgeon but there are certainly far better options for a facial surgery.
I know I should have done a better homework researching a more skilled facial surgeon but he should have told me that his experience is more solid in body surgery, also I was so angry when he told me the nose job he did was great because it obviously was not. I write this review because I want to help other people making a good decision, plastic surgery really is something that will last long and there are great facial surgeons in Colombia at affordable prices....I just found out too late.
