Over a year out and my nose is still wide and swollen

Choosing Anil Shah as my surgeon back in 2015 was the worst decision of MY LIFE!!! I was always the hot girl and after having surgery with him, he robbed my self-confidence. All I wanted was a minor tweak. He ended up dissecting my nose so bad that it had no support. He used crushed cartilage and stuffed it in the tip of my nose in order to seem like it was supported. When I woke up, I immediately saw something was off. I believed his bogus excuses and started blaming myself for not looking good. that I don’t heal well and that it’s my body that I don’t have a sound immune system (lie) he even accused me of having body dysmorphia and that I was just seeing things and my nose was looking grood. Fast forward to 2017, it wasnt my imagination my nose was big, fat, and square! I looked so different I had to change my driver's license picture. People didn't believe it was me. I continued making appointments with different doctors looking to revise this mess. I clearly remember making an appointment with a Chicago doctor, and the minute I stepped into his office, his coordinator says, “omg is that a Shah's nose?” Anil Shah known for making fat noses. In 2018 I finally found a surgeon that specialized in rebuilding nosed. I had to fly to London all the way to London inorder to get my nose rebuilt ( remember it had zero support). The doctor used rib cartilage, and the surgery took 7 HOURS!!!!!! It cost me over $30,000, including airfare, stay, returning follow-up travels, etc. Now my nose looks fabulous my family couldn't believe that my nose was able to get fixed. But trust me it was 50/50 gamble! Anil Shah damaged my bose so bad they were afraid I was going to get necrosis. Luckily aside from what Shah said I actually have a powerful immune system.
Conclusion, I wouldn't recommend Anil Shah to my worst enemy! For two years, he wrecked my life. He's a liar, an egotist, untalented, and completely UNRELIABLE!
