Rhinoplasty - I came in with a severely deviated septum that prevented me from breathing normally

I came in with a severely deviated septum that prevented me from breathing normally. On top of that, the underlying form of my nose presented a very challenging case to correct. My “before” nose had a number of irregularities in its appearance, a condition that I had lived with since a sports injury I sustained as a teenager. My surgery required both an ENT and Dr. Sands to work in collaboration.

In our early conversations Dr. Sands sat down to sketch out what the new form of my nose would look like. It was clear to me during the course of our conversations that this is a man with a refined aesthetic sensibility. I always felt that I was in good hands. And the results of the surgery were even better than I could have expected. Despite the initial challenges that my case may have presented when I first came in, my nose post-surgery looks remarkably good. There’s a subtlety to his craft, and a thoughtfulness and care to his bedside manner. I can’t recommend Dr. Sands enough!
