My nose has completely gone back to its previous shape

I love my boobs they are fine however my rhinoplasty was perfect up until about month 4/5 and I am now on month 10 and it has completely gone back to its previous shape and I have tried MULTIPLE times to get in touch with the surgeon and have had no response since sending over photos of what it looks like now which is posted on my page for help and being told this looks like a defect of the surgery being done incorrectly I have asked to have this rectified I wouldn't ever care if I had to pay for my flights hotel and food just the rhinoplasty to be redone or even the surgeon actually reply what has gone wrong or happened but nothing. I have asked the hospital for replies and my contract NOTHING
