Botched Nose Job
I underwent rhinoplasty with Dr. Barnouti for medical reasons: a severely deviated septum and significant breathing issues that were affecting my quality of life. At the time, I wasn’t as informed as I am now. I chose Dr. Barnouti based on his five-star reviews and strong social media presence. He was confident and personable; I trusted he knew what he was doing.
Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. He never requested X-rays, barely documented anything, and seemed to prioritise payment over proper care. The outcome was devastating; my nose was left in worse condition, both functionally and aesthetically. It’s taken me a long time to speak publicly about this, and even longer to share my before-and-after photos.
Although he later offered a free revision, I had completely lost trust in him and how he handled my concerns. I ultimately had to pay $30,000 to have my nose reconstructed adequately by a different, far more qualified surgeon. I’m sharing my experience in the hope that it helps others make more informed decisions.
The first picture is before any surgery, pictures 1, 2, 3, and 4 are after Dr Barnouti operated on me, leaving me with worse airways and a broken nose, the last picture is when a reputable surgeon repaired my nose.
Don't risk trusting this surgeon to correct your nose. I also underwent surgery trying to fix a leg impairment from an injury, and he left me with loose skin around my legs. All
done at the same time.
I plan to share my story on a media outlet to help expose this doctor and try to stop him from taking advantage of others.
