Made my nose bigger than it was before the operation

I’m not sure if Dr. Wiener still performs rhinoplasty, but he performed this procedure for me and actually made my nose bigger than it was before the operation. I get the feeling that at the subconscious level he didn’t think I was deserving of a proper nose, and let his feelings get in the way of his professionalism. A doctor should make sure that he does his best on every operation, and not let his bias about the patient’s physical appearance effect
the outcome.
