I’m now 9 months post-op, and looking back, I realize once again just how right my decision was. Apart from the first week with the nasal packing, I experienced virtually no pain, no bruising, and no difficulties throughout the entire recovery process. Everything was so much easier and smoother than I had ever expected.

I also have to give special credit to Dr. Ali and his incredible team. From the very beginning, before the surgery and throughout the entire recovery process, they were so attentive, reassuring, and professional that I never had a single moment of doubt or anxiety. Everything they did, everything they explained, and the way they treated me constantly gave me the feeling of, “I’m in the right hands.” You don’t just feel like you’ve chosen an amazing surgeon; you genuinely feel cared for by an entire team that truly values you and your experience.

And the result is beyond anything I could have hoped for. My nose looks so natural, delicate, and perfectly balanced with my face that it honestly feels as though it has always looked this way. My expression and individuality were never changed — it simply feels like exactly the right touch was made. And somehow, it continues to look even more beautiful as the months go by.

This surgery didn’t just change something about my appearance; it genuinely gave me a new sense of confidence. After seeing Dr. Ali’s work and experiencing the entire process myself, I can wholeheartedly say that, for me, he truly is the best at what he does. If I had to make the decision all over again today, I wouldn’t hesitate for even a second — I would choose him every single time.
