I had a nose job with my paganelli it was a massive mistake he has made my nose so much worse then what it was he hasn't a clue stay well clear I need to find some one to fix what he has done to me my nose is bent now n it was not before the surgery my nose leans to one side of my face there is also a lump on one side of the nose also the tip is massive big and round and one side of the tip is bigger then the other side and the bones are not pushed back together properly when I feel my nose there is gaps were they should connect any one thinking of getting a nose job with him I would reconsider trust me u wouldn't want to end up with what iv ended up with

Terrible my nose is completely bent mown it wasn't before it leans to one side of my face the tip is un even and very fat one sided bigger then other there's also a lump on one of the nose and also the bones are not connected or pushed Back together properly ie gaps everywhere wen I feel my nose were the bones supposed to join together wish I never went no were near him I hope u read this in time before he destroys ur nose too I need to look for some o e to fix what he has done to me

I made the same mistake February last year. This man made my life turn completely upside down. Got a second consultation with a surgeon this month who specialises in revisions. Hopefully he can fix the mess he made. I can completely understand where you are coming from with the gaps and not being put together properly. I have a dip in the middle of my nose. Surgeon will more than likely need to use rib to smooth it out and bring the top of my nose down. This man should not be allowed to perform surgery on anyone's face. I wish you all the luck if you decide to have a revision x
I went to a few thee they say they can't do it no one so far is willing to do it again they said my nose is more elastic
I mean no more elastic

Any luck with your nose? have you had revision? also can I have details of any good surgeons who specialize in revision rhinoplasty.
I fully understand can't believe he is still carrying out surgical procedures i went to him for a tummy tuck and the guy ruined my life he carried out the procedure 2 years ago along with Lip after losing a lot of weight the firs 4 weeks was ok but i sated to get hardening of the stomach and the new bellybutton he created started to turn black, i went back to see him and the nurse on numerous occasions and was told it would be OK 2 weeks later after 2 trips to A&E i was admitted for emergency surgery and spend over a week in intensive care as he had disrupted something during surge which caused a hernia and a bowl obstruction, after drastic surgery to save me i have a horrific scar and lost my belly button so i am not able to show my stomach AT ALL, i did contact him and he denied that it was caused by the wok that he did on me, i ave since been contacted by lawyers as he is currently being sued foe malpractice and have received paperwork that he has declared himself bankrupt so very surprise he is working on people. it is a shame as i searched the internet for feedback before the survey and saw nothing negative, this is the biggest regret of my life i am scared for life.
