Office review: doctor would not return my deposit

ORIGINAL POST

Horrible Experience

dfwdiablo
Worst bed side manner of any physician I have ever visited. Took $3,000 deposit and refused to return 14 days before surgery. His communication skills are subpar along with his disposition. Be careful what you give this office, they all about profits and I truly felt that I was treated as a second rate patient. Dr. Brobst argued for two days about not wanting to return my deposit. It’s all about candy and nuts until it’s time to put your money on the table.

I saved for years to have my falling nose fixed because insurance refused to pay, I explained my case to Brobst that I live pay check to pay check and $3,000 might be a nickle in his paycheck but this amount was like a million bucks in my bank account. He then decided that he’d only return half my deposit. Do note, I called 2 weeks to cancel this surgery after my company would not allow me time off since they decided it was elective surgery. I was told I’d have to speak with Brobst for a return of deposit. I lost total faith in him after his arguing disposition and I was out of a loss for half of my $3,000.
