Beautiful Work and Long Term Function Intact!

There are not enough words to describe my experience with Dr. Zakhary. I was wanting a rhinoplasty basically since I was 12/13. I always thought I would go to the middle east to get my nose job (thats where im from) because they are known for rhinoplasties. It was 2020 that Covid hit and i couldnt go to the middle east for the surgery. I still really wanted the surgery and thought, you know why not do it in Canada. 1) safer as there are standardized medical protocols, medications and legal proceedings for any complications 2) closer to home for recovery 3) in person follow up with your doctor. So i started looking for surgeons in Edmonton and Calgary. I stumbled upon Dr. Zakharys instagram and thought wow she actually posts pictures of her results unlike other surgeons in the province. And she posted results after 1 year and they still looked amazing. No drooping no deformities after 1 year is a always a red flag you wanna avoid. I also loved how many surgeries she had actually done - she told me over 10,000 rhinoplasties shes done which made me feel so much better about how she could handle any complications intraop and post op! She had soo many before and afters of noses similar to mine and my goal and they were so good. Now for my results, not a single person can tell I got a nose job unless I tell them. If i walk into morphe or sephora ive had girls come up to me and compliment how ‘perfect’ my nose was. Even my parents who were against plastic surgery were really happy with how natural but beautiful my nose looked - unlike most rhinoplasty results in the middle east! I think that if you want the middle eastern rhinoplasty results (turkey, iran) you may not get exactly what your looking for as those noses tend to look more fake and unnatural and often are functionally not great. I find that Dr. Zakhary and other surgeons in Canada focus on the long term functionality and aesthetics of the nose so they dont do the extreme rhinoplasties seen from other countries. I can still breathe like before even though my nose is half its size!! My nose feels like it can still take a hit or two as it stills has lots of cartilage and support!! And most importantly, my nose is a cute sharp and natural structure that no longer takes away from the rest of my face. Anyways, if your thinking of getting a rhinoplasty but want a natural and functional result - you will never go wrong with Dr. Zakhary. No concerns.
