Beautiful, life-changing, surprisingly pleasant - even in midst of chaos and worry

First of all I adore my updated nose. I've waited to do rhinoplasty since teens. Now, I'm so pleased I waited this long since it's Dr Palma who did the operation. What I heard and read about other people's experiences - I realise how exceptionally wonderful mine was since I had zero doubtful, upsetting, disturbing or painful moments throughout all of the process.Dr Palma is so very clear, precise and grounding. He took thorough care of me throughout all of the time starting the day I decided it is him I chose to do my operation. It really was exceptional and I'm very touched by it and feel honoured to know him - profound level honoured.
Days prior to the operation, after the operation and even the operation day itself - turned out unexpectedly and absolutely worry-free and pain-free. I took zero pain-killers even in the first days, had zero blood in my throat, immediately started breathing like I never have in my life, black eye? - gone in a week time and even that was minor - nothing like I seen on photos of others, I could feel all of nose including the tip - instantly too and still do. More so, I felt almost like on a retreat - despite all the external circumstances. It really in my heart like one of the serene experiences of my life - a rhinoplasty operation by Dr Palma and his team. Dr Palma has a team that I cherish in my heart too - they are so attentive and kind and cheery and so professional that I really experienced zero (!) unpleasantness or worries - in regards to anything - the result, my physical state and emotional state. I also enjoyed and was relieved by the conditions of the clinic Dr. Palma operates in - fresh bedsheets and mattress, super warm bathroom and all clean.I realise I haven't mentioned my nose! And that probably because it's so organic and I haven't had any negative experience to compare to what I have now! It was actually a complicated operation since my original nose is such that requires tweaking :D in all parts of it - yet in discrete ways.Dr Palma made it precisely as I asked - little thinner, shorter, steeper and straight. So, now people rather notice an abstract change in my face and rarely anyone detects that it's the nose that is different. And the tip of the nose - I read it's considered to be the top mastery level in rhinoplasty - and again it so eye-pleasing that it doesn't come to my head to discuss it. Taking off the band-aid and talking to my new cute nose was uplifting fun.Also, a big side note - the amount of psychological relief that washed over me was so powerful and beautiful - a cherry top of it all. I felt like and still do like "alright :D now I'm all set - I can do anything now" - interesting how it worked in my psyche but it did - so much we carry unknowingly - all the teenage worries etc. Beautiful experience and result.
