Bad results

I had a very bad experience with this doctor. I had rhinoplasty, areola reduction, and new implants put in. I have since had a revision rhinoplasty after he yelled at me and said if I don’t like it find someone to fix it. I had to pay $11,000 to have a revision because he removed too much cartilage and all the fat from my nose, also the nose was too scooped and I was left with one nostril higher than the other and a pinched tip. During the revision with another doctor I was under for 5 1/2 hours to reconstruct my nose. During the surgery with Dr Hughes I woke up in between and when I finally woke at the end I couldn’t breathe. During the car ride home I was throwing up blood the whole way. It was very hard to get ahold of him after the surgery for questions I had. I’m currently going to another doctor to have my areola scars fixed and new implants. That’s another $18,000 I have to pay to fix the work of Dr Hughes. When I went back in for my follow up after surgery I showed the doctor black thread that was poking out of my skin where the areola scar was. He said it was normal and to leave it alone. 6 months later I was sick of something sticking out of my skin so I cut it which damaged the thread and my areola went back to its regular side so now I have two different sizes. The scar was also very raised and I spent over $2,000 for micro-needling to have it flattened but they are still very red. The scars underneath where the implants were put in are very bad. I’ve tried everything but the skin is very uneven on the scar and not properly done.
