Consultation review: awful experience - extremely rude & arrogant!

Funnily enough, I came on here to look up another Dr I have just had my 2nd consultation with for rhinoplasty (Dr Charles East, London) and then decided to also see the reviews of the 1st Dr I had a rhinoplasty consultation with (Dr Raj Kanodia, Los Angeles).
I was so relieved to see someone else had written a review of how horrific their consultation experience was with Dr Kanodia as I experienced the exact same arrogance, cold manner and an impatience that felt like he couldn't have cared less.
For someone that would be operating on my face (and for a lot of money) this was far from a reassuring or professional bedside manner and although my friends have had their noses done with Dr Kanodia (some happy, some not so much), it was enough for me to never see him again.
First of all he came into the consultation 30 minutes late, didn't care to apologise and barely let me speak. Any time I asked questions, I was ridiculed. I felt so uncomfortable and uneasy. There was an incredible air of arrogance tied to a "I've worked on many celebrities" exactly as the other review mentioned as if that should be enough to miraculously trust him.
Quite frankly I don't care if he's operated on every Kardashian or the Queen. A basic decency, humility and professional manner along with patient centred care would be greatly appreciated and go a very long way!
Incredibly disappointed. Again, I don't care who's faces he's touched, everyone deserves care and he really needs to work on the quality of being humble. Will not be seeing him again.
