I received this new email from AMCPER indeed confirming he is not a certified plastic surgeon. I will keep you guys updated.

Who did you go for your revision?
Dr. Carlos Santamaría Saad in CDMX
AMCPER is for plastic surgeons. He is an ENT therefore he will not have that certification. This Dr is an ENT. I checked the certification for this specialty and he is on the list. Go to CONSEJO MEXICANO DE OTORRINOLARINGOLOGÍA
Y CIRUGÍA DE CABEZA Y CUELLO, A.C.. He is listed as DR. Sandoval Aceves Luis Manuel. I hope that helps.

Update #2: Not AMCPER certified/ NO certificado por AMCPER.

I emailed AMCPER (Asociación Mexicana de Cirugía Plástica Estética y Reconstructiva) or (Mexican Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery) they informed me Luis Sandoval Manuel Aceves is NOT on their certified list. He is NOT certified therefore by law, he should not be performing any type of surgery on anyone, this id ILLEGAL. I will be taking legal action and will be further investigating.

NO está certificado, por lo tanto, por ley, no debería realizar ningún tipo de cirugía en nadie, esto es ILEGAL. Tomaré medidas legales e investigaré más a fondo.

Edit: Since I left this review, my Google review was thankfully posted! People should be warned of this butcher who quite frankly doesn’t know what he’s doing and offers no solutions for his mistakes, a mistake that’s taken over my life!
