Regret - it looks worse and more abnormal than ever

It took me a long time to decide to post this but ultimately I want people to know what can go wrong. Dr. stein did my rhinoplasty about 4 years ago and since tried to fix it via revision two times. I posted a photo of its current state and one of my original nose. With the first procedure, it was left asymmetric with a very clear divot only present on the left side. He tried to fix it via fat graft and then tried to remove cartilage on the right side for the second revision- to no avail, it looked worse and more abnormal then ever. 

After consults post revisions with other doctors, I realized that Stein should have used an alar batten graft (which I suggested to him from my own research for the first revision) but he did not try this approach. Eventually, he threw in the towel because all revisions were making it worse and I am now on my own with this. He did also try some filler which did little to nothing but I give some credit for trying. He offered a small partial refund in the end as well if I sign a waiver which would probably stop me from informing other patients. 

Ultimately, I do not care about bedside manner or anything else in my opinion it’s just about the job done and this job is subpar and now I have to deal with what is left of a nose that was originally far more symmetric and appealing. I do think about the regret on a daily basis when I look in the mirror.

I hope this helps someone in determining which doctor to use and warns someone of the regrets that can come with rhinoplasty procedures. I do not think he will be putting my pictures in his rhinoplasty books.
