Office review: Wasted my Time

I had a very negative experience with this doctor. I traveled from NYC to meet him in Bogota and 5 minutes before the time of the appointment they text me asking for my exact location and saying that the doctor needed to reschedule (for 1 month out) because he had an event to go to. I felt very insulted that the doctor would rather attend some event instead of going through with an appointment that was scheduled 2 months prior with someone coming from another country. It was just such a slap in the face and they clearly did not value my time. I wrote a similar review on Google and they had the audacity to respond with straight up lies. They said they waited 20 minutes for me which is absolutely not true!!! They also said that they had to cancel because they can't keep other patients waiting...another complete lie. This was at 5:30pm and the doctor said he was going to an event, so that was obviously a lie to try to save face. There are many options of other surgeons in Bogota and I HIGHLY recommend you check out others. He looks good on Instagram but in person they are very unprofessional and disrespectful.
