DR. KRISTINA IS INCREDIBLE, SHE IS 100% THE DOCTOR TO GO TO FOR FACIAL RECONSTRUCTION SURGERY. I researched heavily for years to find a doctor that I like to preform rihnoplasty surgery on me. I've been to four consultations with other doctors BEFORE Dr. Kristina and with each one of them I felt extremely rushed, left not feeling confident with the information I received, confused, patronized and it felt like a waste of money to wait ages for an appointment only to see the doctor for less than 20 minutes and for them to get annoyed with your questions. Making the expirence a cold transaction. Coincidentally, I met three people that have had work done by Dr. Kristina which looked amazing. However, I was reluctant, but I gave it a shot to book an appointment with her, and I'm EXTREMELY glad I did! She TRULY took the time to explain EVERYTHING clearly and simply for easy understanding and allows YOU to explain what you're looking for. My favorite thing about Dr. Kristina other than her amazing work, is that during the consultation when I first met her and every meeting onwards, she treats you almost like a long time friend or even like her family whilst still remaining professional. She's extremely friendly, relatable, caring, kind, respectful and supportive. She had no problems with my repetitive questions, concerns, my need for clarity and my anxiety. She was very involved with every aspect of the process including the emotional side. She definitely cares about her patients healing and well being in every way. When I had the meeting with her assistant where I received the pre-op instructions I was shocked to see all the very specific vitamins the doctor requires you to take in order for your body to withstand and heal quickly from surgery and to feel strong. I and many family members have had multiple unrelated surgeries with other doctors but I have never met a surgeon that cared to the degree of Dr. Kristina. I had endless opportunities to speak to her freely to the point where she gave me her personal mobile number to reach out to her at anytime. I once texted her only a few days before surgery because I wanted to make last minute changes. She video called me right away while she was home to discuss my new concerns and gave me time to make a final decision by calling her back a couple days later. She never made me feel silly about my questions, she is patient, understanding, attentive, open to inspiration, and very quickly replies to text messages and emails. At the hospital, I was having a lot of anxiety and became emotional. She stopped her busy schedule and took the time to gently comfort me as a mother would. I'll never forget that! I felt safe with her and heard up to the moment I was put under anesthesia. A few days after surgery I sent a text to her about a concern and she was quickly on it! A week later she did a check up video call with me to see how everything has been going and to inform me about what to expect at the upcoming cast removal appointment. During that time I was having anxiety about the healing process, she was honest and clear when speaking to me which cleared my mind! Healing was much much easier than I expected due to Dr. Kristina's technique! The technique she uses is much much less invasive and seamless resulting in a smooth, easy and comfortable recovery process! At the cast removal appointment she calmed my nerves by joking and laughing with my mom and I, which makes the environment light, warm and fun. She's just as happy and excited as you are! She encourages positivity always. She is amazing with her patients and their family! I love my results and so do others! I have family members, friends and acquaintances that are now booking or considering booking consultations with Dr. Kristina because of how incredible my results look and because of how positive and amazing the entire process was with her. Her staff are also very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kristina Zakhary has changed my life for the better and I couldn't thank her enough! From no confidence, camera shy, low self esteem to feeling like a queen and free from my always exposed insecurity all thanks to her!!! Love her!!
