Rhinoplasty

So I was able to get my refund I only got 500 back well atleast it’s better then 0. Thinking back on my consultation the drs background is very impressive but he said somethings to me that made me uncomfortable. First he asked me if I could afford the surgery! I was shocked that he would even ask me that especially since this is NOT my first surgery. He asked me what procedures I’ve had and then he asked me if I had body dysmorphia! I was like excuse me? I thought it’s kinda weird.

After reading a new review I got really spooked and didn’t feel confident going with this doctor. I emailed Kimberly about a refund for my down payment to save my day. She responded more then a week later and asked me how I payed? Like are you serious don’t they have documents or notes on this . She replied that she will issue the refund minus the cancellation fees and charges! The documents I signed didn’t say anything about any changes! I feel scammed and lied to because when I spoke to Kimberly in person I told her that I had to double check with my job first and if it’s necessary I might change my surgery date. She never mentioned any fees and charges if I were to do that. I don’t feel comfortable with these people anymore I won’t be having surgery anymore with dr Keyes.

So if anyone has ever had surgery with this doctor or is also thinking about having surgery with this doctor please let me know how things went
