Absolutely incredible experience with Dr. Ozturk and his team! Would absolutely recommend them!
I was in contact with Umut from the start of this year who was so helpful outlining costs, details, dates, etc. When my surgery date was approaching, I was sent further information about what to expect and where I needed to go for appointments.
When I got to Istanbul, everything went smoothly with my pre-appointments. (Dr. Ozturk and the team were very accommodating and helpful while I was trying to find my way around Nisantasi) I was given photos of my predicted results and any questions I had about the procedure were answered.
On the morning of the surgery, I was settled into my hospital room (my mum was able to stay overnight with me) and prepped for surgery. The nurses were so lovely and we were able to navigate any language barrier through online translators. The surgery itself went smoothly and I woke up without any pain or discomfort.
In the days that followed, no significant pain occurred. I had been given instructions on how to use any medications and sprays I had been prescribed. Umut followed up about how swelling should dissipate and further explained how frequently I should use the medications from my prescription. He was available via WhatsApp if i had any more questions or concerns.
Six days after surgery, my cast removal went smoothly and Dr. Ozturk's team were so supportive and assured me my results were looking perfect (and that I could expect swelling to reduce significantly over the next few weeks)
I'm now 8 weeks post-surgery. Almost all of the swelling has disappeared (and the little bit that's left isn't really visible--I'm the only one who can notice it)! I'm so happy with the appearance of my nose, the results look so natural and suit my overall features. I told a few people I was getting the procedure and they all agree that the work done looks great!
