Septorhino - Open roof deformity, noticeable scar

I had a septorhino done with a chin implant back in 2018. At the time, my dorsal hump was shaved down, but no osteotomies were performed, so I was left with an open roof deformity. The bone on one side was also saved more than the other, contributing to an uneven look. I have a pretty noticeable scar between my nostrils


As for the chin implant, it was placed to high and caused weird lumping below the implant. I also have bone erosion from the implant.

Overall I really regret seeing this doctor as I feel I was left worse than when I started. My suggestion is go to a different surgeon for these procedures
