4 months post op - Can breath without any nasal sprays

Rhinoplasty with Dr. Saban Celebi
WORTH IT
I want to share my „revision“ rhinoplasty experience with dr. Saban celebi in Istanbul.
I had breathing problem since over 10 years. My ent doctor said that my septum needs to be straightend to breath better, so i decided to do the surgery in my hometown austria. It was just a medical surgery only for the breathing so my nose wont be changed from outside. It was a painful time after the surgery i had to be in this hospital for 1 week because it was bleeding all the time and i had very big pains.
The surgery didnt helped anyway. After this surgery, i just could live with nasal sprays. I could never fall asleep without it.
5 years after this experience i decided to get a rhinoplasty in istanbul. My friend had a good experience with dr. Saban celebi so i trusted her an did a surgery date after a video consultation.
2 days before the surgery i got a control appointment with dr saban celebi and his assistan in the hospital medilife bagcilar. Everything went good i got answer to every question, he did 3 simulations with 3 types of noses (straight, natural, barbie)
First of all: i didnt have any big expactations of the aesthetic of my nose. It was important for me to breath better than before. I think this attitude made everything easier for me. I wasnt so stressed.
Pre Op: we checked in into the hospital with my husband, got a clean room, everything was fine.
You see the doctor only in the operating room before you get the anesthesia. He asked me last things, repeated what i want and then started.
Post Op: i opened my eyes in my room. I just had sore throat for 3 days. My nose didnt hurt. It was bleeding little bit.
3 days after the surgery i got the „tampons“ out (no tampons, but dont know the name)
The cast removal was 1 week after the surgery. My nose looked a little bit swollen and the tip was too high for me. He said that it will go down.
Now i am 4 months post op i am really happy with the result. I can breath without any nasal sprays. My nose is looking great.
