Perfect nose! Healing process better than expected & minimal swelling & bruising

Perfect Nose
WORTH IT
If your are considering going to Turkey to get a nose job this is your doctor! As an American, the concept of going to Turkey to get a Rhinoplasty was straight up insane, that being said it was the best decision ever. Dr. Niyazi and his associate Emre went above and beyond to give me my perfect nose.
Dr. Niyazi only does one nose job a day to be able to focus on each case individually and deliver you with what you dreamed of. It was also pretty cool to see that he had other physicians shadowing him to learn his techniques.
The process itself is pretty seamless. You do a check in the day before your procedure where you explain what you want and Dr. Niyazi takes some photos of you where he edits them to look how you would like. When it is your perfect nose then you are able to move along to an explanation of the process and paper work. After that you check in the next morning at the hospital and Dr Niyazi checks in one more time prior to the procedure just to answer any last minute questions. After that you wake up being wheeled back from the OR and are in your hospital room. You stay there for the first night and are discharged in the morning. My friend and I both got rhinoplasties done, so I was able to spend the night in the hospital after her procedure and she was able to spend the night with me after mine. None of the staff spoke English so make sure you have google translate downloaded!
The healing process was much better than expected. Neither of us got black eyes and both had minimal swelling and bruising. Make sure you keep on those ice packs though! We weren’t able to breathe through our noses and I had lots of canker sores from the breathing tube. I wasn’t shocked as this is normal for rhinoplasties and I get canker sores super easy. You look essentially normal after a week and your nose looks pretty much how you can expect after about a month. I haven’t noticed any problems with breathing or any other complications.
You will have to wear a nostril retainer (thank god for face masks) for 3 months for 23hrs a day. It helps prevent nostrils from becoming deformed.
I highly recommend Dr. Niyazi! His did an amazing job and I’m so happy. Also Emre definitely deserves lots of raises. He was our tour guide, driver, and our translator for our trip and was just hilarious.
