After much consideration, countless selfies and gazes in the mirror, I have decided I am not happy with my result and will get a second surgery. It will actually be 2 years to the date. I am just unhappy with the tip of my nose, the dent on my left nostril, and the hump that is still prominent. I guess it is my fault for trying to be modest and not overzealous. But I've learned my lesson. Luckily my surgeon is amazing and only charging me the anesthesia fee which was such a shock! Now during the pre OP appointment I am going to be very thorough to make sure he understands what exactly it is that I want to achieve. And hopefully it goes great. I just hope!!

My nose has not reduced in size like I was hoping. I still have a bump which I am bummed about but I know it is still an improvement from what I had. I know that it takes at least a year for everything to fully heal so I am still hopeful that it will changed some more.

Thank you. I have the feeling I will need to have a second surgery on the bump. The tip in the pic the surgeon took looks like it has a lot of healing to do. But Im Gonna wait closer to a year post op before doing anything.

I can definitely see an improvement in your progress photos. I understand what you mean about the bump, I have a similar problem, my bump is visible sometimes side on and front on I can see swelling around where the bump was removed. I think in your case, see how you go, to me it looks like swelling especially from your front on photos.
