Unnaturally stiff nose
Dr. Litner made my nose slimmer and more pointed. This is good. But now after 2 years I have 2 visible scars on the base of my nose. These scars are not shown on any of the “after” photos on their website—so their “after” photos seem like false advertising. Also, the tip of my nose is now unnaturally stiff, maybe because he transferred cartilage to make it more pointed. Dr. Litner did not mention before the procedure that this would be the effect. I do not like how unnaturally stiff my nose is. I’m sure there was a different way to do this.
Moreover, I asked him to make the base of my nose less upturned and more horizontal--parallel to the ground. He said he would do this, but it is still the same angle, upturned, as before surgery. This is a promise not fulfilled.
