Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Got a rhinoplasty 14 years ago -- still looks great
I have not seen or spoken to Dr. Kanodia for years but I'm here to say that while he may be a difficult personality for some--his work is fabulous. I'm living poof. He specializes in refinement and that's exactly what I wanted, got, and still have. I read the last review and it was by someone who did not even receive services from him so it feels unfair: like reading a one star yelp review for a club that rejected the reviewer at the door...how are they even allowed to rate it since they did not experience it in the end? Anyway, I went and saw the doctor right as he was blowing up in popularity back in 2006. He'd just done Ashlee Simpson's nose and the once best-kept-secret doctor was suddenly known. He probably does not have a lot of reviews on here because it is true that many of his clients are in the public eye so I doubt they would admit to receiving his services on this app. I am not a celebrity in any way, FYI. It's true that he has an ego. It's true that he does not use computers, at least he did not back then and from the last review it sounds like he still doesn't, but that's just his process. I look in the mirror every day admiring his results so can't fault him on that front. I love that my nose does not look "done" at all. It has almost minuscule imperfections that make it look like a real nose. Nobody ever suspects I've had it done, I love that. In fact, after I got it done, people said that I somehow looked better but they couldn't quite tell why. I didn't want a completely different face or nose, I just wanted a refinement of what was there and I was scared other doctors would take it too far and make me look like a completely different person with some kind of perfectly straight button nose. I still look like me--just better. Any time you've noticed a celeb look just thaaaaat much better and brighter, he's probably done their nose. It's like the FaceTune/PhotoShop/makeup contouring treatment nose job--but in real life. One of the most important things for plastic surgery is the long-term result. Anybody can look great immediately after the surgery or even within the first couple of years but how are you doing 10 years or more down the road? That's the real test in my opinion. I've had friends get their nose done only to have it shift a decade later and need a second surgery. Consider me a long-term review. This is the only doctor I would let touch the nose of anybody I know based on my experience. Expensive? Yes. A bit high on himself in that "I'm an artist" way? Yes. Expensive? Yes...and worth every penny. If you can afford him and aren't some snowflake who needs to be coddled, I would highly recommend. Talent is talent and he's got it. He looks at the whole face and strives for balance. He's really detail oriented and sure, I felt like I was a canvas he was painting a masterpiece on more than a patient sometimes...but I did not care! I wanted him obsessed with the perfection of my nose, not obsessed with making me feel like we were friends. If you value bedside manner for a brief period of time in your life more than the long term success of the way your FACE looks forever, I guess look elsewhere. I also really appreciated his integration with Ayurvedic medicine. I hardly bruised at all and I'm a big bruiser. I'm sure technology and pre/post operative care has changed a lot since then but I had a good experience all the way through.
If it was me today, I'd want to talk to somebody who has gotten a procedure from him more recently, just to be sure, but he's still the gold standard. If I was ever in a horrible accident or something and needed surgery again--he'd be my first call.
