Had my rhinoplasty surgery a week ago - never experienced such incredible service

I had my rhinoplasty surgery a week ago, I’ve never experienced such incredible service. I would definitely recommend staying in a hotel closer to the hospital, or near the centre Fatih as Istanbul is HUGE & everywhere requires a taxi. Also, I’ve never had anaesthesia and I had spent months debating if I wanted to go through with the surgery. I wish I had received the reassurance that I’m about to give because it’s quite hilarious how you go into the theatre, they take your photos and wake up what seems to be a minute later. They do give you a ‘sedative’ pill about an hour before you go into surgery. For someone who doesn’t drink, smoke nor even take tablets, I was hesitant. But your body just feels so calm, your mind still operates the same. You don’t feel sleepy. Everything was such a blessing. The team are so cool & friendly. I cannot sing their praises enough!! Pre op preparation with food 2 weeks prior is necessary to ensure that the operation goes as smooth as possible. I had absolutely no pain at all during the whole process. Although, I have swollen ALOT! But it goes away after a week! I’m so so so thankful to the team & Dr Dilber. My nose is SO perfect. I couldn’t even believe the amount of precision that’s gone into shaping my nose into exactly what I prayed for. Not only the beautiful shape, but fixing my breathing AND straightening the crooked bone AND fixing the size of the nostrils! Wow. So so so grateful. It’s too soon to add photos, but I’ll be sure to add some. Highly recommend this surgeon!
