On day 2 redness 95% subsided. Have some grid like needle marks on my forehead and cheeks but no pain.

RF microneedling
This is Day 1 of my RF microneedling. I’m doing it for acne scarring on my cheeks. The needles were 2.5mm and the pain scale out of ten was 0 in some areas and 3 in others. Very VERY tolerable. Photos are from directly after my first session today. There was no real burning sensation for me, it was a comfortable procedure and my next appointment is in 4 weeks.

How could you handle the 2.5mm? I did this treament and the nurse only went up to 1.5mm but i do have deep rolling scars. Not sure why she didn’t go for 2.5mm.
Also, how many pins needles did thgey use on your? Mine was 9 pins
I think I had a lot more than 9 needles. It really was very tolerable, not painful. Maybe like a 2/10 in some areas and in others I felt nothing. It healed up fine!
Do you have any before pictures?
I've had RF microneedles for my acne scars and the results are totally amazing!
