WORTH IT
It's been 4 years and 5 months and a FL is supposed to last about 7 years. I believe I can make the 7 years stretch another 5 or so years by eating right, taking care of my skin and taking my supplements. Someone asked me what creams I use on my face. I do not use any creams. After I use the Everyone 3 in 1 soap I get on Amazon, I use the pure coconut oil XOXO. I also get it on Amazon and the. I use the Smartcover makeup with a little dab of the oil to make sure it spreads evenly. It works for me. Some people can not use oil on their faces or they break out.. I have dry skin. The thing is to use as few chemicals on your face as possible. We have to take care of our investment.

Three Years Later
This is my second facelift with Dr. Lopez Castillo. I have no regrets. I was seeking a fresh and younger look and that is what I got each time.

This guy did such a magnificent job! You look like a very healthy 35/37 year old whose skin is extra healthy. Does not look too pulled. You have very little makeup and dont need much makeup. Less is better! Thats how I used to look until my mid-50s. If I can save $20,000, I will do it.
Thank you. Both times, I had the natural and subtle Both times were so different, but not too pulled. Correct, I have always worn very little to no makeup. I naturally have a red nose. Lol - Definitely, go for it! You live once, who said you can't turn back the time? You go girl!! Best decisions of my life. :)

Lol - I am. Thank you. What I mean is that a lot of people do not really notice the difference and if they do, they do not say anything.
Most people can’t figure out WHY you look different. Lol
When they ask me directly, I tell them, but for the most part, they don’t say anything.

Wow... when. Read you were having fat removed from your cheeks, I was nervous for you. Asi undterstand it as we age we loose density and volume, however, the end result for you is a refined more heart shaped face. Wow. Wow. Wow.

Yes, I had fat cheeks, lol. You have hand-held? Is it the Dermawand? I got that and used it on my mom only, not on me. My mom is in a nursing home and I never move my expensive machine, so I got her the Dermawand. I did notice the skin sag on mom under her chin. Overall, the rest of the face looked ok. I like my own machine better and trust my face more to my own machine. It activates the collagen under the skin and gives the face a pretty pink glow. Since the results are progressive, you keep looking better and better the next few days.

Hard to find a doctor willing to do that, they never want to take away volume but some of us want/need it. Very nice outcome -happy for you and thanks for sharing.
I know. I was afraid at first and I still feel a little uncomfortable, because in certain light, I look like I could use some fat in my face. I did use my micro-current machine the other day and I got a few compliments. It activates the collagen under the skin. I might share those here in the near future. I know that surgeries might not give some women the desired results and they feel bad or ugly, be patient. It takes time for the face to settle and look amazing.
