Deformed nose after removing infected cartilage.

i had my revision rhinoplasty with dr metin last august 2022. he removed the goretex implant and tried to fix the deep scar on the top of my nose(fistula formation i guess is the term). he advised me to come back for the final revision, to fix the tip and put a rib cartilage as my new nose bridge implant, after 6-12months. I came back on February 2023. upon arrival in the clinic, he told me not to do the rhinoplasty anymore and just do fox eye or facelift instead. but i flew all the way from the philippines to turkiye for my revision rhinoplasty and it was discussed with him and the patient’s coordinator(mr atakam) about this revision for few months, it means it was well planned. and the point that the Dr was the one who insisted that i come back for the second revision. So we proceeded with the surgery, after 1day i was discharged then instructed to come back after 3 days for tampon removal and 7th day for cast removal. few days after cast removal i noticed a whitish-yellowish discharge dripping from the incision site.I immediately informed the clinic about it and sent some photos. the coordinator replied and he said that it was just a “slime”. I kept sending them photos for 2days coz i am sure that it wasn’t normal, they left my messages unseen. after a day, he replied and told me that they were busy. i literally begged them to see me. the dr prescribed both oral and intramuscular antibiotics unfortunately it didn’t work. so we scheduled another surgery to remove the infected cartilages he stuffed on the tip of my nose. what shocked me was, he wanted me to pay again. i already paid him 4200 euros. I told him i don’t have money anymore. i only prepared for 15days stay here in istanbul. because of this failed procedure i stayed in istanbul for almost 2 months. i had the second surgery last march 21, he removed the cartilages in my nose and he also figured out that i had pseudomonas infection in my nose hence ciprofloxacin was started. we got rid of the infection, but now since he removed the infected cartilages from my nose, my nose is now horribly deformed/damaged/botched. it was way worse prior the revision. i sent them photos and now no reply from them.
