Warped Rib Cartilage Dorsum

I recently had revision Rhinoplasty using rib graft cartilage on dorsum to build a higher bridge. 5 weeks post-op the mid section of rib graft has warped to the right some. My doctor said to mold it daily . Will this help straighten overtime? DFC was not an option as I have a very flat nose. Would not get the height or support I needed for a tall bridge. Doc considered putting a pin through the rib cartilage to prevent warp but didn’t want any foreign body parts. This was the 3rd revision to remove silicone that was deviating. Praying no more revisions to expect.
