Revision Rhinoplasty in UK - Who to Go To??

Hello, I am looking to have a revision rhinoplasty...
Hello, I am looking to have a revision rhinoplasty as my first one left me with a nose I am deeply insecure about.
I was seen by a surgeon who said I had in my primary rhinoplasty I had too much bone removed from my bridge, leading down to an unnaturally heightened cartilage that blunts my tip and accentuates my hanging columella (a radix-tip disproportion). I’d like to address these issues by increasing the height of my bridge to create a straight side profile of my nose and reduce /lift up my columella (which never used to hang down at all). I’d like to ensure that the nose is fully supported so that it does not droop /cause issues later down the line.
I am stuck as to who to go to in the UK. I’m looking at (1) Dr. Hassan at Elite Surgical; (2) Dr Julian Rowe-Jones at The Nose Clinic; (3) Dr Uppal at Uppal Plastic Surgery; and (4) Dr. Ivo Gwanmesia at Gwanmesia Plastic Surgery. Any recommendations for any of these surgeons? Or possible surgeons I have missed? Dr. Ion no longer takes revision patients and Dr. Julian de Silva is just too expensive (£10.5-12k) unfortunately. I really, really don't want to have a third surgery, I just cannot afford the financial cost or emotional trauma so am looking to get this right the second time.

I’ve had a revision consultation with Dr Ion, I may go with him for my revision, but I’m not sure. I’ve also been talking with some doctors in Turkey after seeing a few girls very happy with their results from them, the before and afters look fantastic, and much cheaper too, around £3.5k for a revision. Check out Dr Arda Pelen on Instagram, and Dr Emre Ilhan, these are the other two I’m considering.
Yes in Turkey they are really good but I wonder if with revision are good also.Because it’s a complete different kind of procedure
I have the exact same looking nose as you and hate it! My columella hangs down from an upturned tip and exposes scar tissue. Yuck! I need the best revision rhinoplasty guy in the UK too. I'm looking at JRJ from Nose Clinic but open to any other suggestions?
Dr Ion does but he’s booked for the whole year.

Also, there's an extremely talented revision surgeon from Germany - Dr Greg Bran who has published a number of journals on new techniques for restoring the bridge - he has recently moved to London and is setting up a new clinic.
