So so beautiful!!!!
Hi. You nose looks grat! How you breath, from 1 to 10? Tnx
I breathe perfectly fine, but noticed that I do now have a slightly deviated septum that I never had before and I have to regularly use saline solution because my nose gets really dry now unlike before. But I wouldn't say it has a negative effect on my life and my breathing is fine, it's just like a little of a change
Hi! This is such a well written, real, raw and informative review and I just wants to say thank you! I am so great full for all of the healing tips you have shared but most importantly your emphasis on taking care of yourself and I guess overall just trusting the process. You have allowed me to think more rationally during this healing process and have really encouraged me (I currently look like a potato lol but with time I know my nose will heal right) to just be patient. You look stunning!! xxx
Thank you!!!! Do anything you can to not focus on it, try to pick up a new hobby or get some books to read and take down mirrors so you're not wasting time scrutinizing your progress like I did lol
Can you feel the rib grafts ?
I don't feel rob grafts per-se, but my nose is extremely hard so it's obvious there is something in there but I don't "feel" anything. It feels natural now
Your nose looks amazing! Thank you very much for sharing?

1.5 year after revision rhinoplasty

Still gets a swollen after drinking, so I tape at night when I do. Not perfect but overall nice job. Will continue taping at least 2x a week for next several months as I can see a notable difference when I don’t.

Hi! So I’m 3 weeks post op tomorrow, and my nose is still huge and it looks wonky which should have been fixed in surgery! Any advice for the swelling? Will the unevenness correct or?
There is a ton of advice in the thread, you can read them

Nose has finally taken its full form.. I am very happy with it besides my low columella which is visibly low when I smile but I guess you can never have perfection... Cant complain

I love your nose! You look fantastic. Congrats :)
THANK YOU for posting this, really helped calm my anxiety about post op swelling. How long did it take for your normal smile to return?
Bit delayed but it took around 5 months. I had sooooo much residual fluid in my face that even if my smile was normal, there was so much heaviness in my eyes and cheeks the the entire look of my smile didn't really come back until I addressed those fluids with a proper facial massage.
You look beautiful and thank you for sharing this helpful post. Has given me hope on my journey, I am 7 weeks post op Very swollen still (I hope). I am very happy for you and your results!
Hi! Happy to help!! I literally wanted to die during this time and was filled with sooooo much regret but ultimately it all worked out, so I just wanted to be a resource to anyone else who may be unnecessarily worrying... 7 weeks is soooo early, I would be shocked if you are not swollen, and if you're not - that's great! With rhinoplasty, I really do stand by the belief that if after the 1 month mark there are no structural issues or deformities, then it is only going to get better. Wishing you luck and a speedy recovery :-)
Not sure if you ever check this anymore but your nose and you look so beautiful:) don't worry about your columella, you just have absolutely nothing else to focus on so you pick that. Looks so great!
Thank you so much !!!!!!
OMG you got this done in MEDELLIN of all places? Wow, you're brave!! It looks great.
