Revision rhinoplasty using rib graft - devastating result

Revision Rhinoplasty using rib graft which took place in 2018. Devastating result which didn't even go in the direction of the intended outcome. The clinic is clean, professional and equipped with the latest technology, staff and surgeon have impeccable bedside manners - however these things don't translate into a good outcome.

The doctor took no accountability for this outcome and insisted that it looked better than before. I disagree. The upward slope looked gentler and made me look younger. The nostrils got even bigger and to get them reduced had always been my main objective for this operation.

To be left with such a result and not having any resources to find someone to fix it, the result has left me feeling worthless and powerless.
