thick Skin problems for a rhinoplasty

Thin out the fatty tissue of nose

My question is : can we thin out the thick nasal skin during a rhinoplasty?
soon it will be the third rhinoplasty and i hope it will be the last !
In March 2014 i had my first rhinoplasty to make the nose tip smaller and reduce the hump . The results wasn’t as I waited for but it wasn’t that bad
But...
Unfortunately in December 2015 i had an accident and I broke my lucky nose and I waited six months (June 2016) to have a revision rhinoplasty but this time was to repair the broken nose cartilage that did a difficulty in breathing (the left side ) , happily I started to breath again well again but the shape of the nose is unsymmetric anymore and the skin get easy irritated and have small pimples.
I searched many doctors and asked a lot , finally I decided to do the revision to get a better shape, but because my skin is thick and oily is hard to get the perfect shape (60-70%)
So it will be helpful to use some injection of Bristol-Myres Squibb Kenacort 40 mg/ml (3 months, 1/month) after the surgery to help reduce the tissues , or try to make it thinner during the rhinoplasty surgery to get a smaller shape, as the doctor said.
What is your opinion about my story and what you advise me to do to get a better shape of my nose ?
Thank you for your support
The attached photos are for current shape.

There is a video you can google where Dr Nassif facial plastic surgeon in America performs a third revision on a girl with similar skin to yours see if you can google it. He talks about the difficulties with thick skin and revision Rhinoplasty. I think you should give your nose time to heal it can take up to 2 years with thick skin to settle. Also you need to research your surgeon carefully if your considering another revision. Good luck
Thank yoooou Vezz, I’ll search it . It’s been already two years since the last surgery, sure I’m not going to do it if I’m not convince 100% of the doctor, I know it’s hard to get the shape I want because of the thick skin but at least I want it to be symmetrical.
Your beautiful and young enjoy your youth! Are you located in USA as you have some great surgeons there. All the best I hope all goes well.
no, you can't change your skin, you either have thick or thin skin.
I don’t know if you ever considered this look, but building up the dorsum might help by giving the skin more framework. It sounds counterintuitive but sometimes a larger frame helps get a tighter & leaner look when skin is thick. I had a low bridge & had many arguments w/many surgeons about how stretching the skin out would make it look less chunky and more streamlined. Most did not want to raise the dorsum I suspect because it is difficult work.
Some doctors do thin out the skin, remove scar tissue, etc.., it’s a matter of whether you like their work or not.
I’ve considered building my nose but only with a doctor who can give me the look I want. I think before and after photos speak loud and clear for the doctor’s skills.

Skin infection after rhinoplasty

I’m really upset because I don’t know from where to start to treat my problem so, i came here in hope to find a solution.
I’m 26 yo , in 2014 i had a rhinoplasty surgery to make smaller my meaty nose (the tip was wide with a little hump / thick oily skin) then on December 2015 i had an accident and I broke my nose, on June 2016 i had the second rhinoplasty to repair the broken nasal bone that caused a difficulty in breathing after the accident.
The problem is that by time after the second surgery until now (June 2018) there’s small acnes appears on my nose that remains a scar (small hall) and one of them looks to be a skin infection witch is permanently still red and have a little pus smells ugly!
At the end of this year I’ll have the third surgery to repair the esthetic look of the nose , can the doctor do something for the skin from inside the nose during the surgery for my problem or the treatment will be otherway ?
I’m sorry for my description but I don’t really know the scientific name for this , I really hope to find a solution to treat it and to know if a laser treatment will help to reduce the scars.
Any information regarding to my problem will be helpful
Thank you for according me of your time to check my problem.

Try Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% It helped me out a lot. I had the exact same issues. It's fairly cheap https://www.cultbeauty.co.uk/the-ordinary-niacinamide-10-zinc-1.html?gclid=Cj0KCQjw-JvaBRDGARIsAFjqkkoaqTtHSZ4DlsUcSNtQjVcC0gZbtInqy8HaFO99YNYVc7zWRPOKwkYaAh-3EALw_wcB&ef_id=WzTurwAABRz1bjx0:20180712142514:s
Thank you, I’ll check it
My advice would be to try to get that checked out by a primary care physician asap just in case it is something like staph requiring systemic antibiotics. Better safe than sorry and all the better prep for a safe revision. Best of luck!
Wow sorry for what u going through... Not sure what would b a solution but one thing that came to my mind is to take out the nose ring
Thank you
Never take out a nose ring until its healed ! ( the infection can get trapped under the healing skin) tbh it looks like a nose ring infection that spread. Im a piercer and have seen my fare share. Your best best at this point is to see a dermato
logist . Good luck !
Thank you for your answer, i had my nose ring since 2009 , it never annoy me or hurt me , during the both surgeries I removed it and put it back one month post surgery without any discomfort! The scar i have on my nose it appears as a scratch that I noticed it after I removed the splint i wear 10 days po , the scratch remain a scar as you see in photos and permanently at same place appear small pimples seems to be infected. Unfortunately i live in Romania and I didn’t find a dermatologist specializing in this , there’s an article i saw witch says it’s possible that the doctor DID’NOT used an undissolved internal stitch , it’s been two years on my last surgery and it still there . Soon I’m going to see a doctor in another country, I hope this will help. Thank you
Hope this improves. You should see if you need antibiotics. Who is your surgeon?
where are you? I think you may need antibiotics immediately to clear up this infection.
I have this problem since two years, I really don’t know how to end this , sometimes it goes calm and then it appears again, I think the problem is under the skin from the last surgery. Unfortunately I didn’t find a doctor to help me in România yet , but I don’t give up on searching. Thank you
