Shortened Nose, Not Natural Looking (Seeking Revision)

I had an open Rhinoplasty May 2021. I had a deviated septum, dorsal hump and slightly bulbous tip. I only wanted a slight correction. My nose & face are completely different. Seeking revision to elongate.
