Selcuk Yazan - Revision Rhino and lip lift

Have added some new pictures. I am still over the moon with it, the changes are exactly what I asked him for, I wanted to see the straight dorsal lines when the light shines on my nose and he did exactly that. I wanted a very slightly upturned nose not a sticky up one like he sometimes does and he did that. I wanted a more narrow bridge and a smaller tip and he did that too. I’m so pleased with him.
I have a small scar from the lip lift under the right nostril but it is not noticeable to others (it’s the white skin type of scar) and have worn no makeup in front of my family (who weren’t told about the surgery) and no one said anything so I think it’s only noticeable to me.
I think the difference in philtrum length makes such a positive change to my looks and also when I smile you can see my teeth whereas before you couldn’t. I really like the difference it’s made so much that I am considering going back to him to get a revision to move the top lift further toward the nose. I had such a long distance between nose and lip before (it was where my original nose hung down to (!) and also fillers being overfilled and then removed added to the problem) so he couldn’t do it all at the same time or the healing process would have been very difficult. I think having a shorter distance looks so much more youthful and feminine. I’d definitely go back to him for it.
It is still swollen as it’s the third nose job so swelling lasts even longer but it is already really small so I am already happy with it - can’t wait to see what it’ll be like in a year or so. Let me know if there are any questions :) xx

I am over the moon with the results. Have attached pictures of immediately after the cast came off, cannot believe how much I love it, he is a miracle maker. Third time lucky for sure and so glad I went with him.

In hospital had a lovely private en suite room, surgery was scheduled for 10am. Dr Yazan came to see me at 9am and went over what I wanted my nose to look like in detail, (without me having to tell him as he had memorised it from the consultation). He took videos and pictures and then I went into the surgical gown and to sleep. When I woke up from the anaesthetic I felt horrible because of the packing in the nose. I have to say that this is the worst I have felt in the recovery period, I think this is because they do not give you very strong painkillers. In LA I was given a strong opiate Vicodin which was amazing whereas here in turkey was just given paretemol.

Anyway that does not really matter because as soon as I woke up and had wifi I texted Funda the assistant for the videos which I will post and I am completely over the moon with the results. It is exactly what I asked for, natural, straight, not too turned up, smaller tip, dorsal aesthetic lines. I know it will take a long time for the swelling to go down but seeing the video has given me confidence that I will finally be happy with the results. I am so pleased I can't believe how happy I am with it.
