I am a medical doctor my self and I had my first rhinoplasty in occasion of an extensive sinus surgery. Unfortunately the bump on my nose came back and I was treated with 2 raspings and some local injections. However a complication called open roof deformity occured. I saw other 3 plastic surgeons and decided to get a secondary open rhinoplasty with Dr. Armando Boccieri in Rome, Italy. It was a tough decision since I had already many procedures but I trusted Dr. Boccieri's plan. I finally have a natural looking nose and I am so pleased with the results. It was hard and painful going through those procedures during the last 3 years. Complications / unsuccessful results may happen, however now I feel so lucky that I could solve my issues thanks to Dr. Boccieri. I strongly recommend him. His human and professional skills are remarkable.

Wow looks great! What cartilage grafts did he use in the bridge and in the tip? And how does your nose feel now? Is it stiffer or harder? I am also looking to have a revision requiring grafting
