Revision rhinoplasty not worth it - scarring on columella & asymmetric nostrils

Not satisfied with my experience.

It's now a year after my complimentary revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Omidi. I am not satisfied with the final results of my nose. My nostrils are still slightly asymmetrical. My right nostril is more arched than my the left nostril. The left nostril is more rounded and exposed. I have scarring on my columella and right alar that never disappeared. The filler that Dr. Omidi applied on my nose bridge during my revision rhinoplasty has now dissolved so I am back to having nose indentations. My primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Omidi was not completely successful hence why I received a revision rhinoplasty by him after the one year post-op of the primary surgery. I am disappointed because even with the revision rhinoplasty, my nose still has the same issues that I was hoping to get fixed. This surgery experience with Dr. Omidi was not worth it, emotionally and financially. I am now doing research looking for a surgeon that can help my nostrils obtain symmetry, get rid of my scarring and PERMANENTLY fix my nose bridge indentations.
