It’s been one month form Surgery I couldn’t be any happier if you look at Dr. Pavajeau’s before and after pictures of his surgeries they are perfection all look so natural, to answer your question about the cost of the surgery, aproxímate $3,400 US dollars depending on the Colombian peso exchange I got lucky when I paid the peso was paying pretty good at $3,900 Colombian pesos per one Dollar, you probably can get it cheaper than that but not the same professional medical treatment for me it was worth every penny and then some more.

My surgeries were a secondary rhinoplasty and ritidoplasty, I was so afraid to have another surgery and after almost 30 years of living with my ugly nose I finally found Dr. Pavajeau his expertise besides many others is for accomplishing a natural look rhinoplasty that goes with your face, he listens to you and offers his professional advice with the use of 3D software the results are remarkable natural it’s so cool to see yourself in the before and after pictures.
My recovery has been remarkably painless and fast I love my natural look.
