Revision Rhino with Alwyn D'Souza at Blackheath BMI

The swelling has reduced and I’m now left with the exact nose I wanted.
Some mornings I notice that swelling is still there but it reduces throughout the day. No breathing issues, very symmetrical, no lumps etc.
Please note that my primary rhinoplasty was quite “scooped out” which is what I asked for.
I think Mr Dsouza is more of a subtle / natural surgeon so please don’t be put off if the nose style I chose is not for you. Me D’Souza listens to exactly what you want,

During the week with my cast on, I did have a few anxious days where I questioned why I had surgery to correct what most people may see as a minor tweak. When it came to cast off day I was extremely nervous as the whole tip had been covered by the cast so I had no indication of how my new nose looked. When I arrived at my appointment mr dsouza quickly reassured me that the surgery had gone well and he expected to see a good result but warned me that I would be quite swollen under the cast. When he removed it and I looked in the mirror I was absolutely thrilled. He is clearly an extremely skilled and precise surgeon and my new nose was identical to the morphs we had discussed in my consultations. I am still swollen but my nostrils are even and the bending to the tip is corrected. I am so glad I chose Mr D’Souza and I cannot recommend him more highly! Anybody considering revisions with Ion etc should definitely consult with Mr D’Souza

Blackheath hospital wasn’t the most modern hospital I’ve ever visited but it was very reasonably priced and so convenient for me personally as I live close by. I would definitely recommend choosing to have surgery here over Mr D’Souzas other operating locations as it is cheaper and makes no difference to your surgical result! My surgery was at around 10am and I was out of hospital by 6pm. As my revision focused on the tip and no bone was shaved, I didn’t get any bruising around the eyes and discomfort was minimal. This was so different to my primary rhino where I bruised terribly and had severe swelling around the eyes. The day after surgery Mr D’Souza’s assistant scheduled my cast removal appointment for a week later.
