It’s getting worse and worse

The tip is looking more bulbous. Looks like I’m gonna have another revision. Really regret doing it with Dr Don Yoo. It was a waste of money and time.

It is strange that the nose looks perfect before, and then the tip just looks as if it was being shaven off a bit. The nose still looks great though, not perfect, but for a revision, i think it is as good as it an get. Chance of asymmetry is very high in a revision because of scars from the previous surgeries.

The nose before is way better than the current revision. The bridge looks wider making me look more masculine than felminine

Hi Kdaley! I’ve been following your posts as I’ve been considering revision rhino with Dr Yoo too (previous rhinos from S. Korea). I know you don’t like your nose but I think you look beautiful. Maybe you had a nice nose to start with. Would it be too much to ask for before pictures? The ones you posted are hard to compare with current.

It does not get better
The bridge is dropping more. It’s not looking that good. The first 8 months was ok back then. But a lot of my friends told me it looked like it had expired already.

Oh no :( so sorry to hear that. Thank goodness you have a pretty face. Do you feel it’s still changing quite drastically as the months go by? Also, what does dcf feel like? Is it softer to the touch than an implant? I’m currently looking to get a revision done and I’m terrified!!!

The dcf feels softer but in my situation, I cane wear my eye shades the Long. It leaves a mark on both sides of my Bose bridge. It's not looking better as day passes by. Don't go for Dr Don Yoo. You will just waste your time and money

How different would your nose have been if you followed Dr. Yoo’s suggestion of increasing the bridge to another 2-3mm? Would it have given you the nose you were hoping for?
I ask because I am looking for a surgeon for my primary rhinoplasty and am considering consultation with Dr. Yoo.

In my honest opinion, it will make me look like a lady boy or transvestite if I followed his advice is 2-3mm. The width is wider than my primary rhinoplasty. The length is Longer than befor.e. So if it was higher then I would look like a
Transgender . Ha! Ha!
I would not highly recommend Dr Yoo:) I think you need to spend more time

I wouldn't recommend. He got it from my right aide ribs the scar is so visible and ugly. And it hurst from
Time to time even after more than a year . Don't rushed take your time and do more research. You are going to waster your time and money if you go for

How long ago was your 2nd rhinoplasty? Revisions are quite hit and miss. I've got 2 revisions and both failures. This nose that Dr Don yoo gave to me, made me look older too. And it's looking so longer like a witch now. Ha! Ha! Please take your time and don't rush.

Well I’m only 2 months post surgery I know I need to wait but I have some days were I do semi like it and other when I cried and can’t stand it plus I look at my chest scar and I feel so terribly ugly even tho the scar is red mine is very small and I’m hoping fades away soon I bought a punch of silicone gels . I’m trying to post a new pic of my nose here but I don’t know how

Besides using silicone for your chest scar, have you considered microneedling? All businesses are closed now due to the pandemic, but you can buy one on e-Bay and DIY. That is what I did for my surgical scars. Microneedling is like a meat tenderizer, it helps to flatten the scar and reduce the appearance of it. However, do talk to your doctor though. I am adventurous and went on YouTube for instructions. But that is just me though. Best of luck. Thank you much and have a great day.

Hi , how old is your scar if you don’t mind me asking ? Also my scar is still very red color which I’m assuming still healing , I’m only 3 months post surgery And I’m an esthetician I don’t think using microneddlkng right now would help me , my scar feels flat to the touch my issue is the redness ugh , I’m planing on using laser on it

My scar is about 2 plus years old now. It looks really bad. It's like it looks infected but not really. And my rib area still hurts from time to time . Do you feel the pain from time to time. I'm planning to have my scar lasered after the lockdown

Since you're an esthetician, you have a lot of tools at your disposal. Perhaps try an ablative laser, such as fraxel. It has significant down time, but your scar is on your torso anyway and no one will see it.
I am a Fitzpatrick III or IV. My scars are about a year old now and still red. I read on the Internet that scars will be at their final state at 2 or more years. I tried IPL and Laser Genesis, both at least 6 times, and they do not do much. Thanks.

Hi hun , I’m a bit tan as well , more like on the lighter side but I’ve been using kelo gel and it has helped me my scar still red but not as bright red and is so close to my crease near my breast implants so when I’m standing you can’t see it only when I lay flat , which is super annoying , I’m planning on getting a 3rd rhinoplasty tho I’m so unhappy with the results
