After a year of research and I’ve finally decided to go for DR Don Yoo. I flew in all the way from Singapore and went for a revision rhinoplasty it’s rib graft and diced fascia with him yesterday morning. The surgery went well. Dr Don Yoo Not only looking ridiculously handsome and charming, he is also brilliant, talented, polite and has this magic touch. He sorted out my breathing problem caused by my previous rhinoplasty with Dr Kim in BK hospiltal.
Dr Don Yoo and his team looked after me very well. They all give me full attention while in the surgery room. My rib graft area felt like I have been punched so hard. My head feels like my hair being pulled so strong.. the area

Day 2 update
Day 2 and I’m doing well. No bruises, no infections or fever. I still have some minimal bleeding coming from my nose which is normal. My rib graft area still feel painful like I had done 500 sit ups. Or did an MMA fight;) I could walk around and do normal activities. Went to see Dr Don Yoo today for a follow up check up. Next week Monday, the 30th of April will be the day that they will remove my splint and cast. Looking forward to t.

Did you get both bridge and tip done using rib? I'm thinking of this also but using ear cartilage DCF.

hello Amy, dr Don Yoo used my own rib graft and diced fascia for my bridge and pointy tip.

So the diced fascia was used for your tip? Mine is pointy also still after my last revision and my dr said I will need that or a graft for my tip.

Ah so he gave you a pointy tip lol. Mine is not too pointy but there’s this part on it where it looks like a ball it’s weird and hard to explain.

Diced fascia seems unlikely in the tip area. It’s more likely an septal extension graft and possibly a shield graft on top? Do you have a picture?

You look great
I have the same problem in the same type of operation but I don’t know if I’m too old to do it I’m 69. do you think it is too hard for me to take and I can’t breathe also!!

3rd day after the surgery
My face is swelling a bit but no bruises. Still taking painkillers and other antibiotics. I can still feel the pain from the rib area .. like I had an intense Crossfit work out. It feels so sore. And the scalp of my head where they got the fascia is also feeling sore. But overall bearable.
I asked for a little bit higher bridge and pointy nose tip this time. Hoping my nose will look more feminine compared to the last rhinoplasty.

I am interested in doing the same! I had a Rhinoplasty and the surgeon removed far too much of my tip. Can you feel it in your nose?

I was thinking about going to doctor Yoo as well. I want to get some of my ethnicity back :/
