Dr. Liotta is One in a Million - a True Talent

Dr. Liotta performed my THIRD revision rhinoplasty (4th surgery) and I am in awe of the results. After three failed surgeries, I came to her desperate for answers and hope, and she wildly surpassed my expectations.

My original rhinoplasty was done by a well-respected surgeon, but required a revision. My first revision was completed by my original surgeon and she massively over-resected my nasal bridge. I was left with no definition in my bridge at all and every surgeon I saw agreed that the bridge needed to be built up. My second revision was completed by a different surgeon and the bridge of my nose was built up with rib cartilage. Although the bridge was better, it still needed to be built up more, the radix of my nose sat too low and unfortunately that surgeon had changed the entire style of the tip. My nose no longer made the desired triangle shape that I had originally, and was instead shaped like a big “U”. The tip of my nose now had a prominent columella (which my original nose did not). I HATED the tip. I came to Dr. Liotta very distressed and she spent two hours over two different appointments discussing my nose with me in detail and answering all my questions honestly.

I chose Dr. Liotta because of her competence, patience and aesthetics. I love all of her noses on her Instagram because they always look natural. I love that about Dr. Liotta’s style. The fee for this last surgery was the best money I ever spent. She built up my nasal bridge using my ear cartilage and I look so natural! People CANNOT believe I’ve had four rhinoplasties. Honestly, my original goal was to have her fix just the bridge because I thought the tip was a lost cause. I was going to therapy to learn to accept my new tip (which looked SO different from my original) because I thought nothing could be done. Dr. Liotta assured me she could make it better (not perfect but better) and I said go for it. I have no idea what she did in there, but somehow my tip looks like my original tip again! I could cry when I think about it. My tip is no longer pinched, I have a triangle shape and I no longer have a prominent columella. My original nose always had a flat base (parallel to the floor). I was so sad that had changed but somehow Dr. Liotta got it to look like my original nose again. I am still confused about how she did it, but she definitely gave it the magic touch.

It feels so freeing to let go of this “nose saga” that I have been dealing with for over 6 years. I am so grateful to Dr. Liotta. I think she is one in a million. She is smart, conscientious AND an artist – a true talent and possibly even a descendent of Michaelangelo. My only regret is not having Dr. Liotta perform my original rhinoplasty. If you need a rhinoplasty, she is your girl!

My whole experience was very positive, her office staff was great, and I am very appreciative.
