Regret Choosing Dr. Ghersi for My Revision Rhinoplasty – Poor Results and Unprofessional Experience
$18,000
I initially chose Dr. Ghersi for my revision rhinoplasty after seeing his work on Instagram. His social media presence is impressive—clearly the result of a great marketing team. Unfortunately, my actual experience has been deeply disappointing, and I now regret my decision.
My results were not good—I honestly ended up looking worse than before the surgery. Throughout my entire post-op process, no after-photos were ever taken of me, which is extremely concerning. Proper documentation is a critical part of the process, and the lack of it raised serious red flags.
Dr. Ghersi admitted post-op that my results were impacted by "scar tissue" and suggested I undergo another procedure. However, consultations with other surgeons revealed that the issue went beyond scar tissue—the shape of my nose simply wasn’t done correctly.
The office experience was no better. The staff is consistently rude, and you can expect to wait about an hour past your scheduled appointment time.
All in all, I truly regret coming to Dr. Ghersi and now face the emotional and financial burden of undergoing yet another rhinoplasty to fix his mistakes. If you're considering a rhinoplasty, I strongly recommend seeing a facial plastic surgeon, as they specialize in this area and won’t just treat your nose as another item on their surgery list.
Do yourself a favor—don’t choose Dr. Ghersi!
