Pietro Palma or Enrico Robotti

ORIGINAL POST

Pietro Palma or Enrico Robotti

I am in need of a complex tertiary revision rhinoplasty. My tip is a mess asymmetric with bossa and a retracted columella with a bad scar. I have a perforated septum and it’s deviated at the tip. This will be my 5th rhinoplasty. It has to be my last. I can’t do this anymore.

I’ve had an in person consultation with Enrico Robotti and also with Pietro Palma.

Both were good consultations. The cone beam scan with Enrico Robotti was really informative and I felt dr Robotti was really confident. The morphs were good and I had an overall good gut feeling that the knew how to fix my issues and is confident he can improve my columella scar. The problem is I prefer Pietro Palma before and after.

I’m still awaiting Pietro Palmas morphs and second on line discussion however this is such a hard decision.

Pietro Palma can not fix my scar however is confident he can improve my nose via the hybrid closed approach.

I would kindly welcome any input

Thank you

Hi
Whom did you decide? I prefer Pietro Palma before and after too
Hiya, I hope you're doing okay I'm sorry you were let down so many times. Who did you decide on in the end?
Hi - could you please let me know the outcome? I had primary wit Professor Palma and I’m not satisfied with the outcome as he left me with a crooked uneven nose.
Hi - I'm interested in consulting with these two doctors - Dr. Palma and Dr. Robotti - for a revision rhinoplasty. The first rhinoplasty left a wider and more bulbous tip that doesn't look that good, especially seen in profile or angled. There's also some asymmetry higher up in the nose where the bump was removed, with what looks like a bony spur still there. Any input on how these doctors deal with revision rhinoplasties, bulbous tip issues, and what their approach and manner might be like would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
