He Performed my Third Nose Job and Basically Saved Me

I had a bad nose job in 2018 that left me unable to breath AND with a very fake looking nose. Another doctor tried to fix it and made it even worse. I came to Dr. Bridges with a scooped/sunken bridge, unable to breath still, and a nose tip that was very scarred and with a purplish undertone because of blood flow issues. Given all those problems, he was still able to fix me. And amazingly, he did it all with a CLOSED approach. I am five months post-op and while my breathing isn’t as good as it was prior to all the surgeries, it is waaaay better and I can function in life. The appearance of my nose is equally impressive. He had so little healthy skin to work with -but using cartilage from my ear, skin from behind my ear, and cadaver rib, he rebuilt my bridge and my tip. See the photos . He’s amazing and caring and straightforward. Just a genuine guy and an amazingly skilled surgeon. You don’t need to go to Beverly Hills or New York to experience miraculous plastic surgery. Clschuyler how and why did you choose dr Bridges? It’s so hard to choose!!! I only have one shot at my revision- I was planning on the minute I got to a year I’d do it but now I’m scared!
So I had no option but to do closed rhinoplasty because of the trauma of two prior surgeries. The first revision left serious blood flow issues. I originally was talking to Dr. Mark Constantian, who is famous for his closed rhinoplasties. Unfortunately, Dr. Constantian retired in Feb. 2020 and I wasn't able to travel up to New Hampshire for surgery (during COVID-19, with all those restrictions) in time to have him operate on me. He recommended Dr. Bridges because he had worked alongside him (operated with him and taught classes with him!). He said he could do all the same procedures and would be closer to me, since I'm here in Va.

Congrats on your results. I can't breathe and need a revision as well so this gives me hope, I never heard of dr, bridges before your post. Were there any other revision surgeons that you were recommended / consulted with? Thank you
Yes. He uses whatever you choose, but tells you all the risks according to the latest research. He even was considering using a gortex implant to rebuild my bridge because they don’t warp. But in the end I opted to use cadaver rib, which has a very low rejection rate.

Never use gortex!!
