Yes, probably better. I had revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Tito Matteo Marianetti in rome after i had disastrous 3 rhinoplasties by other italian surgeons. i am finally myself again after a nightmare that lasted too long. I am extremely grateful. however i read online that many times revisions fail because of resorption/cartilage memory. when will i be "out of the blue"'? I love my nose as of now and hope it will stay like this forever. pics above left is "after" the other two iss before

Hey Ashley! Thank you for the comment. i am not sure because i am italian but i think so. if you want i can ask. i hope you do not need revision though as they have been the worse years of my life! i still live in fear...i need to look in the mirror to be sure that it is all over...

did you need grafts? what did he do?

i am not very expert about it but i know for sure i had osteotomies repeated, spreader grafts and grafts to the tip
Thanks for the information. I originally had my first rhinoplasty after 2 broken noses. I feel the last surgeon took too much away and has left me with a saddle nose. I had a look at the website and some results look great. How do you feel after this time and what were the costs? Any information would be greatly appreciated

Ashley, did you end up consulting with Dr. Marianetti? I am considering him for my revision rhinoplasty based upon his Insta. It seems he does a lot of revisions.
